This special scheme was launched in cooperation with the Quanzhou (Fujian province) tourism bureau and features different designs on the two sides : the port side shows Quanzhou landmarks while the starboard side depits an artistic rendering of the red city flower Erythina. The port city was a prominent center of Chinese culture and trade during the Song & Yuan dynasties.

This is one of two different stickers added in late 2021 to two West Air A320s and promoting tourism to Pengshui Miao and Tujia Autonomous County in Chongqing Province, 270km from where West Air is headquartered. This partnership is part of the government's "rural revitalization" strategy, with the airline selling dual flight ticket+touristic attraction packages which last one or two days. Chijou Jiuli City is at the heart of the Miao culture, with the world's largest Chiyou sacrificial ceremony held there every year on the eighth day of the fourth month of the lunar calendar.

Happy Valley is a chain of amusement parks in China. This livery was unveiled on June 1st - Children Day - celebrating the opening of the 7th Happy Valley park in Chongqing, where West Air is headquartered. This was done in partnership with OCT company, whose logo is visible under the cockpit windows. The aircraft also sported 10th anniversary logos on the engines as 2017 marked the airline's anniversary.

Both sides showed different titles and rollercoaster graphics.

Chinese people have been interested in growing different varieties of chrysanthemum since ancient times. The chrysanthemum often blooms in autumn when other flowers are fading away. It is tranquil and harmonious with others, but also dignified and indomitable. Chrysanthemum is one of the 4 Chinese Noble Plants.

In 2007 the aircraft was transferred to China West Air subsidiary, but she kept the special flowers.
